When everything feels important it can be hard to decide what tasks you should hand off and how to even begin doing that. We’re here to help you get outside of your comfort zone and learn how to Dominate Delegating!

Are you ready to find your productivity rhythm? Getting started is easier than you might think!


Our services are month to month – no long-term commitments! We have several hourly Tier options so you can get the support that you need.

Before getting started, one of our Account Managers can help you decide what package is best for you depending on the support or assistance you need.


You will be assigned an Account Manager (AM) who will help you procure the perfect YourChoice Concierge based on skill sets, predetermined requirements, availability & personality.

Both you and your Concierge must take initiative and make a commitment to building your partnership and getting comfortable with each other to become a well oiled machine.


It’s important to communicate your objectives, expectations and preferences with your Concierge when assigning new tasks. 

You can submit tasks directly to your Concierge or through our Client Task Portal online. Over time your Concierge will become more autonomous & have the ability to handle more ambiguous situations & tasks.


It's important to us that your partnership is productive! That starts with finding the right Concierge. You can involve yourself in this process as much, or as little as you like (or have time for)! Each of our team member's has a 'YourChoice Profile' that will tell you more about their background and experience so you can make an informed decision.

We have three options for procuring the perfect partner for you:

  • Direct Partnership–we will assign the best team member based on your support needs.
  • Concierge Options–we will select a few team members that might be a good fit and send you their profiles for review.
  • Concierge Introductions–we will schedule short introduction calls with any team members you think might be a good fit.

We send updates if you come close to hitting your monthly hour allotment. These updates will include suggestions and tips for getting the most out of your remaining time or give you the option to add additional hours for the month if staying within your budget is less of a concern.

At the end of each month you have the choice to renew your monthly hours, increase your monthly hours or freeze your services.

We don't succeed unless you do so if we think your hours can be used more productively or efficiently we will let you know.

Your Concierge will also make suggestions regarding process improvements & leave you with valuable tools and strategies that you can use well into the future.

Although we try our best to provide you with a valuable partnership from the very beginning; we aren’t perfect. 

If you’re not 100% satisfied & you're willing to give us another try, your AM will meet with you personally about your experience & use your feedback to ensure your next partnership is a more positive and productive one.

At the end of each month we provide a detailed work log that includes task and time details so you know your tasks are being done in a productive and timely manner.

Our goal is to prove our value and make your life easier within the first 30 days of working with us!

We know that not everyone needs or can afford full-time assistance. 

Our month-to-month services & hourly package options allows you to get assistance when YOU need it.

Why don't we allow hours to rollover? One reason... it promotes productivity! When you know you have the hours, you won't let them go to waste and you get more done. Busy people have a tendency to get distracted and although they have things they could pass off, they get in a mindset where they think they are too busy to delegate or that it's easier to do it themselves. This prevents that. Don't worry, we will communicate with you often, clearly and consistently about your hours to ensure you're finding value in our services.
